Full cycle, from the first idea to the approved final cut.
What I did
- Creative development: concept, story and key messages, worked out in pre-production together with the client.
- Script: structure, characters and interview questions, agreed with stakeholders before the shoot.
- Line production: budget, schedule, crew and contractors.
- Shoot logistics: locations, permits, access to sites and people, and on-set management.
- Post-production: edit, color, sound and graphics through to the final master.
- Approvals: every stage signed off with the client and comms teams, from first draft to final cut.
