I started in film production — feature films, series and advertising — and grew into building and leading video teams and visual communications systems for large organisations.
I believe great work happens when talented people have clear direction, the right resources and the freedom to do their best. My job is to create that clarity, protect the creative team and take ownership of the complex production system around them.

Experience
For three years I ran the video function at one of Russia’s largest oil and gas groups: the process, an in-house team of ten, a pool of 100+ contractors in four countries, and an archive the whole company could use. I have worked on both sides of the arrangement, commissioning agencies and building the function in-house, and I know what each actually costs. Now I am based in Yerevan.
