I developed the company’s visual PR standards and built the footage library on them.
What I did
- Visual standards: I developed the visual PR standards myself: what we film, how it looks and what can be released.
- Annual plan and budget: shoots planned and budgeted a year ahead, with the budget optimised along the way.
- Organisation: crew selection, logistics, access to sites, permits and approvals.
- Creative and direction: artistic and visual decisions, directing every shoot.
- Archive: from every shoot I select the frames fit for long-term use and archive them.
- Release: approved footage goes to TV and external outlets fast, with far fewer sign-offs and lower risk.
